Job description
As a Warehouse supervisor at FACIL, you will organize the daily management of the warehouse. You divide the tasks of your team members, do an accurate follow up and motivate them to perform in line with the automotive standards. The organisation and optimization of the warehouse processes, storage and shipments of goods are some of your tasks. Making sure the warehouse is clean and structured and the quality standards of ISO 14004 and ISO 16949 are respected is a daily challenge.
You will report directly to the Operations Manager and work close together with the logistics officers in order to have the goods delivered on time to the customer.

Who are you?
You have some knowledge and experience in logistics, and know how to manage a team to establish great performance and a good team spirit?
You have good computer skills and work accurately.
As a person you are a good communicator, stress resistant, flexible and you take responsibility for you tasks.
Customer focus is your greatest asset.
You are used to working in a lean, efficient and fast moving business.
You can communicate in English and Swedish fluently, written and oral.
