At Webhelp, we're always looking for the best advisors to help our customers, and we are currently expanding our Nordic Philips Lighting/Signify-team! We are looking for Danish, Norwegian, Finnish and Swedish speaking advisors who are ready to take on exciting and challenging tasks in the front lines of Phillips Lighting/Signify 's customer service in Copenhagen, Denmark. We of course seek to offer epic service, and your contribution will be essential to fronting Phillips Lighting/Signify 's brand with your energy and new, bright ideas.
You will be the first our private and commercial customers interact with and we therefore want you to be confident and secure in your position. Therefore, we will provide you with a two-week training period, where you will familiarize yourself with the products, the service-level, the company and the challenges that lies ahead. As a part of your on-boarding, we will make sure that you get well settled in in Copenhagen. Have no fear; if you have the energy, we have the knowledge.
About the position:
Opening hours: Monday - Friday from 08.00-18.00. We are closed on weekends and holidays.
The position is a full-time position, with 37,5 working hours a week.
We will assist you in re-locating and settling in Copenhagen.
You are a success in the position when...
• within 3 months:
Have completed 2 weeks of training in products and customer service.
Give a good first impression of yourself and find your place in the Webhelp culture.
Manage the relevant everyday routines and tasks.
Find your place in the team and are pro-active in the succession of your onboarding-period.
• within 6 months:
Manage Webhelps way of working.
Have gone through training to advance your knowledge and understanding of the position.
Seek new information and offer to help and discuss with your colleagues.
Are self-going in your own tasks.
• within 12 months:
Have proven your worth and become an extraordinary advisor.
Are motivated to develop within the team and the organization.
Participate in social events, help your colleagues and seek new knowledge.
