Gothenburg, the second largest city in Sweden, is 1 hour away with car and Oslo, capital of Norway is only 2 hours away.
There is a lot going on summer time and the seafront is normally not more than 5 minutes away as Lysekil is a peninsula.
Luna Café Vineyard & Restaurant opened Summer 2004 with only 4 tables...
A small family friendly place that has a warm welcoming atmosphere.
Today we have more than 200 seats. We have been adding on different serving areas, so even if it's bigger today, we have managed to keep the homey welcoming feeling.
Since 2009 we have expanded the business to a Vineyard with 5000 wine stocks.

About you;
Service to guest is your lead words
To be a team player and helping your colleagues comes naturally
You have been working minimum 5 years in gastronomy
Wine knowledge and/or bar skills is a plus
The English language is the common language between guests and crew, but Spanish speakers have an advantage, as we are running a Spanish restaurant

Don't be afraid, even if you are short on experience... Let us do the judging what is relevant or not. We are always looking at the whole picture, meaning that if you only have been working in gastronomy a year, but also have been working as a gardener, you might think this is irrelevant, but we see this ability and interest as a skill as our wine yard is the centre of our business. ;)
About you:
We hope you have been working as waiting staff minimum 5 years, always with a smiling face of course and you hav no problem to walk the extra mile to make your guests happy. You English skills are really good (this is necessary, as you tend mostly Swedish guests all day) and you are not afraid of hard work or long days.
Your food & beverage skills are good and you are familiar with serving good wines.
Our Sommelier will have a wine education in the beginning of the season so you will also learn how to combine our food with good wines.
The job at Luna is fun but it can be really hectic so it's good to have a good stress level. :D
Spanish speaking staff is a plus, as 50% of our crew, speaks Spanish.
Early bird? Mainly we are looking for staff during the summer during the period of beginning of June to the end of August, but we also need someone that can start as soon a possible.
