The impact you will create:
Global Marketing Strategy: Define and execute Truecaller's global marketing strategy to reinforce our brand's leadership in trusted communication. This includes ensuring a unified presence across key regions while maintaining cultural relevance in local markets.
Integrated Marketing Programs: Develop and lead integrated marketing programs that effectively communicate Truecaller's purpose and product value through compelling storytelling, digital experiences, and co-marketing initiatives with strategic partners.
Market Intelligence: Build and maintain a deep understanding of global and regional markets, utilizing data, insights, and trends to guide positioning, messaging, and market entry strategies.
Business Development Leadership: Lead full-cycle business development, from identifying new opportunities and negotiating commercial terms to implementing and scaling long-term partnerships that deliver measurable impact.
Ecosystem Expansion: Drive growth through strategic partnerships with telecom operators, handset manufacturers, fintech companies, digital platforms, and enterprise customers.
Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with Product, Monetization, Sales, and Data teams to design and execute go-to-market strategies for new offerings, ensuring alignment between commercial objectives and product capabilities.
Strategic Roadmap: Create and manage a clear marketing and partnership roadmap, balancing short-term business goals with long-term brand building and strategic differentiation.
Data-Driven Performance: Champion data-driven marketing and partnership performance, establishing frameworks for measurement, optimization, and accountability across all initiatives.
Team Leadership: Build, lead, and inspire a high-performing global team that thrives on creativity, innovation, and cross-functional and geographical collaboration.
External Representation: Represent Truecaller externally at strategic partner meetings, industry events, and forums, building relationships that enhance both brand reputation and commercial reach.
Trend Monitoring: Stay ahead of emerging industry trends and technologies, continuously identifying new areas for growth, innovation, and ecosystem leadership.
What you bring in:
18-20 years of progressive experience in marketing, business development, or strategic partnerships, preferably within consumer technology, telecom, digital media, or mobile ecosystems.
A proven track record in building strong brands and driving commercial success through ecosystem collaborations.
Experience in structuring and negotiating high-value partnerships with measurable business outcomes.
Deep understanding of digital marketing, platform ecosystems, and consumer technology trends.
Strong leadership, strategic thinking, and stakeholder management skills.
An analytical and data-driven approach to decision-making.
MBA or equivalent advanced degree is preferred.
