We are looking for a proven Human Resources VP to help us take care of our most important asset-our people.
Your accountabilities and responsibilities?
We need great people who are passionate about technology and who will support our leaders in mastering new technologies in our future quest to be the most desired and successful transport solution provider in the world.
Your role as Site responsible is to keeps people and processes performing at their best. You will maintain and develop effective internal procedures, handle employee-related issues, support recruiting and retention efforts, and keep performance at peak levels. Most importantly, you will be an interpersonal expert who is naturally good at identifying problems, finding solutions, and nurturing job satisfaction.
You will lead and develop a team of passionate HRBPs who are responsible driving the HR agenda for the site's 1200 employees.

Critical competencies for the position
The VP HR France has strong experience within HR and a strong understanding of business challenges in an international environment.
He/She is able to demonstrate a clear vision, global mindset and is successful in people development and culture leadership.
Required qualifications for the position are:
A Master's degree in Human Resources or equivalent
At least 10 years' experience from HR
Excellent understanding of the business context and challenges
A customer orientation with a drive for results and an ability to work effectively
Solid business orientated leader; anticipates organizational needs and creates solutions accordingly
Solution focused mind set
Excellent in developing people
Experience in comparable managerial position
High level of people management and people development
High level of communication skills; ability to convince and strong influencing skills
Proven track record in driving change and implementation of tools and human Resource processes.
Excellent collaborator in an international arena
Labour relations skills
