Solution Development EMEA (SD EMEA) department is responsible for developing and maintaining our customer solutions. The main solution in the Transport Solutions area is Dynafleet. Your group will be responsible to ensure that the Dynafleet solution working according to business needs and to achieve this you will work very closely with two other groups that are performing the development activities. In your role you will be an active and integral part of the daily work performed in the group to constantly improve Dynafleet. You and your team will also be an important part in our pre-studies and projects.

In the future there might be added additional customer solutions to your group.

You will be part of the SD EMEA management team and report to the head of SD EMEA.

Main responsibilities Group Manager Transport Solutions Delivery:

• Responsible to make sure Dynafleet is working according to business needs

• Responsible to ensure pro-active maintenance work for Dynafleet

• Ensure that new releases of Dynafleet are fully Quality Assured before they are deployed

• Ensure that the right competence and resource availability exists to participate in pre-studies and projects to further develop Dynafleet

• Responsible for financial result of the group

• Responsible for KPI:s and other performance targets in own area

• Personnel responsibility (recruitments, salary setting, competence development, PBP)

• Member of SD EMEA Management Team

General profile:

The Group Manager of Transport Solutions Delivery needs to have the ability to work under demanding and changing conditions. As person you are innovative with a strong customer focus and a business oriented attitude. You enjoy teamwork, contribute with team spirit and you like taking responsibility.

This position requires:

• A university degree in engineering or computer science or similar

• Documented leadership competence and previous experience as line manager

• Experience from software engineering and agile development

• Experience from telematics together with projects and needed competence

• Significant experience from advanced recruitments and people management

• A global and agile mindset with strong customer focus

• Ability to inspire, develop and motivate individuals and teams

• Strong interest in process improvements

• Have capacity to execute against set targets and a "can do" attitude

• Ability to establish and maintain good relations with your internal and external partners

• Customer business knowledge - build, develop, and grow any business relationships

• Good planning skills

• Fluent in English and Swedish - both written and spoken
