Job description and Resposibilities
• Propose scenario flows and UX flows using sketches, wireframes, videos, or interactive / semi-interactive mockups.
• Creating detailed visual and interaction design of products that can be handed over to developer for implementation
• Good product thinking skills, understand research insights, pose questions, do research / collaborate with research,
• Participate in ideation, brainstorming, concept development, create scenarios and storyboards
• Test by experience prototyping
• Work iteratively in the build with developers, building and tuning UX to drive to high quality experiences.
Qualifications and Experience
• Strong background in interaction and UX design
• Minimum 5+ years of professional concept illustration, visual development and/or software application product design experience, visual/graphic design and UX / interaction design for digital products and devices, including apps, games, tools or equivalent.
• Experience with modern prototyping tools
• Deep understanding of fundamental visual design disciplines (typography, iconography, composition, color, layout, etc.) and concept illustration (ideation and thumbnails through final color, including characters and environments, narrative and mood)
• Experience with working collaboratively within an agile production team.
• Confidence in Low-fi to High-fi visualization
• Expertise with Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects, 3D modeling tools (e.g. SketchUp, Maya, 3DsMax, Modo, Cinema4D, Zbrush, etc) and all related business and design tools.
• Ability to quickly produce stunning and elegant visual treatments at all levels of finish, from Low-fi to high-fi, combining photography, 2D illustration and 3D modeling approaches as needed.
• A minimum of a BA/BS degree in Interaction Design, Graphic Design, Visual Development, with Communication Design, Interface Design, or equivalent experience a plus

The position is on a consultant basis for one year. Project start is mid-September. As a consultant, you are employed by Adecco Sweden.
