What you will do
• With Nordic Web Team developers team you will work in a dynamic growth team to streamline our processes and improve the development strategy of the company.
• You will be in charge for the technical assesments and reviews of your team members
You will help with the technical onboarding of the new team members
• Collaborate with the Romanian Team Leader to search and look for new learning opportunities and how to improve our current processes
• Work as a liason between the developers and Project Managers as requested
• Work alongside your developer team
Who you are
• Fluent in English (Swedish would also be great, but not required)
• Self-starter attitude;
• Understand how e-commerce works;
• You can write clean code that can pass a review process;
• Well-grounded thinking;
• Diligent about your skills set;
• Proactivity and enthusiasm to contribute to the growth of the company.
• Leadership and very structured in your work
• You should be passionate about your job and enjoy a fast paced international working environment.
You should have
• 4+ years of relevant experience
