Avalanche Studios self-publishing unit is looking for a User Acquisition Manager to design and execute effective customer acquisition campaigns for our self published titles - including theHunter Classic, theHunter: Call of the Wild and Generation Zero, as well as future games.

The Position
As our User Acquisition Manager, you will be responsible for the management of user acquisition funnels for all active, and future, games and ensure a fantastic ROI.

In your role you will be an important team member, serving several live teams, in order to identify features that improve effective customer acquisition but also be part of developing new, innovative and creative solutions for user acquisition. You will help identify and test new acquisition marketing channels, develop A/B testing programs to maximize acquisition efforts and use creativity and experimentation to drive traffic and improve conversion rates. At the end of the day, you will help us decide what acquisition efforts that works well and that we should do more of, but also tell us what doesn't work at all.

The role is a great opportunity for someone who is creative, collaborative and interested in forming the way we work in this area. You will work closely with our Product Owners as well as the rest of the Marketing team.

Required Qualifications
3+ years in a growth/digital/performance marketing role
Growth hacker with experience from managing, growing and optimizing user acquisition campaigns and partnerships
Ability to compile and analyze performance data and KPIs and make decisions regarding campaign direction based on analysis
Solid understanding of attribution modeling and attribution platforms
Knowledge and experience in Google Analytics, Google AdWords, Google Tag Manager, and Google Webmaster Tools
Experience in buying and negotiating direct ad buys
Previous experience in innovative marketing experimentation through A/B testing and creative iteration.
Creative mindset with out of the box thinking and a willingness to find new, intriguing acquisition channels
Experience managing paid media budgets and channels (SEM, PPC, display, remarketing, paid social)
Excellent presentation skills - showcase user acquisition test results/learnings to executives and management
Driven, automotive and proactive - with an inner driving force to task and form the working day
Result oriented, and a consistent track record of exceeding targets
Excellent English communication skills, both written and verbal
Team player
Strong analytical skills
Passionate about games

Desired Qualifications
Excellent communication and organizational skills
Experience working with influencer marketing
Experience working with SEO
Additional language(s) on a native level
Power BI/data visualization skills
