Your mission
As an Underground Product & Sales Support Lead you will act as the first and primary Underground division point of contact to your assigned Customer Center(s) sales teams in terms of technical expertise, value translation of the underground portfolio, pricing, and communications regarding order to delivery.
You will be responsible for delivering the market intelligence needed to feed the portfolio development and define the value of our products/solutions for your market. You will research competition and provide product analysis, participate in new product development programs and will be involved in Market Area Pricing for underground portfolio offerings in your region. You will also develop or adapt regional sales and marketing tools, materials, and required training to use in the sales process (i.e. technical documentation, product specifications, etc.).
You will train the sales teams in products and applications, value selling of underground offerings, new technologies, etc. and assist with customer business development and product performance issues as needed. You will also coordinate the exposure of assigned products in the marketplace via trades shows, demos and advertising.
Your profile
We believe you have a Bachelor of Science in Engineering or related discipline, and a strong technical background. You are familiar with Epiroc underground product line or competitor underground equipment and preferably have a minimum of 5 years of practical experience in the mining or construction aftermarket equipment, parts and services field. Direct sales or commercial experience is considered an asset.
The person we are looking for is highly independent, has a safety-first and collaboration mentality and is a good relationship builder and trust enabler. You have a data-driven approach to all decision making and can solve problems in a creative way. The ideal person for this role has a commercial acumen/negotiating experience, a good understanding of basic business cases, financial statements and calculations and an ability to write reports, business correspondence and procedure manuals.
Fluency in English and either Swedish, Norwegian or Finnish is necessary.

Location and travel
The location for this position can be Sweden, Norway or Finland. In case a candidate from a different country applies and is successful, local terms and conditions will apply.
An active driver's license is required due to regular travel in this role (up to 30%).
