• Create, automate, provision and deploy Linux/UNIX based operating systems / applications rapidly and at a very large scale on both physical and virtual platforms
• Ensure system stability, scalability, security and performance
• Daily administration tasks around Linux/Unix OS, LVM administration, Patch management, User and security administration, Cron job management, Shell Scripting, Printer management and Performance monitoring/tuning
• Operate, monitor and maintain Linux/Unix infrastructure to include provisioning, incident troubleshooting w/resolution, and availability
• Maintain systems by applying operating system updates, firmware packages, and security patches

Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this roll:
• Much experience as Linux technician working with system administration
• Linux/Unix OS, LVM administration, Patch management, User and security administration, Cron job management, Shell Scripting, Printer management and Performance monitoring/tuning
• Linux/Unix infrastructure to include provisioning, incident troubleshooting w/resolution, and availability
• Applying operating system updates, firmware packages, and security patches
• Unix/Linux systems administration, which includes user administration, application support, preventative maintenance, backup, and recovery, and system automation through scripting as required

UCG/Radio Support is a consulting company based in Kista in northern Stockholm. Regardless placement you will be employed by UCG, with Swedish salary and benifits.
The Consultant roll
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
