The Consultant role
As a consultant you may be placed at different customers. UCG will assist with extra training when needed. As a consultant we need you to be flexible and to easily adapt to a new environment.
Education/training
Our roles requires a basic technical education, sometimes university level.
Experience
We require at least 3 years of relevant job experience for all roles, mostly more.
Required experience for this role:
• Experienced with integration testing and IoT
• Experienced with testing communication protocols
• Bluetooth
• Testing mobile devices
• Test automation and scripting
Work language: English
Meriting
• Experience from mobile phone technology
• Swedish
Job Description
• Work as a web tester to assure quality of the back-end services and mobile phone libraries before being released to other squads.
Example of tasks
• Design test plans for new functionality are regression testing
• Regression testing of existing product platforms using the IoT library (e.g. IRIS or G4) using golden product units
• Regression testing of golden units for phone
• Long-running tests / stability tests
• Verification of new iOS or Android release
• Develop Connectivity test tool for other R&D departments
• Testing products using new functionality in IoT library
