Our mission is to keep track of all vehicles and making sure that they are up and running through close contact with project management, test departments and our products. About the role
The Truck & Uptime Owner is responsible for the truck and uptime of the complete vehicle fleet, from delivery to termination. The main tasks include leading and controlling the vehicle fleet uptime, both in projects and for pool trucks, as well as following up and reporting the uptime status of vehicles to projects, from loan requests to disposal according to the process. The role also requires you to be the single point of contact in the organization regarding issues on truck and uptime of the vehicles, be the first line of support for assuring the vehicle uptime and the second line for field test trucks. You will also need to lead the development of roles and methods to improve the uptime of vehicle fleet, as well as being accountable for the continuous development of the TUO team processes.

Who are you?
We are looking for someone who has a strong drive for results and the ability to plan and develop projects, tasks and processes. You are also action oriented and have a customer focus characterized by trust and respect. Since you will be leading and controlling, both in projects and pool trucks, you should have excellent communication skills, a helping attitude and the capability to encourage collaboration among peers.
Qualifications
• BSc degree or equal experience
• Experience from process management
• Good knowledge of the Office package
• Fully proficient in English and Swedish
• C/CE -driving license is highly desired
• Product knowledge of Volvo and Renault brand is a merit
