The role of the Travel Admin Consultant is to monitor all scheduled and charter flights, car hire and travel insurance bookings and ensre that all relevant travel documents are sent to Members in a timely fashion and are of a high quality.
RESPONSIBILITIES
• Issue IATA, Allocation, Contract and other travel-related documents.
• Ensure all the CRS queues are actioned daily and inform passengers of the flight time changes.
• Assist Finance in reconciliation of the BSP return for IATA tickets.
• Action Cash Refund Notices, Minor Adjustment Notices, Agency Credit/Debit memos, ensuring that are valid and accurate.
• Issue Ticket Replacement Authorities and Forms of Indemnity accurately and when appropriate.
• Action daily ticket lists and CRS queues.
• Verify and issue the charter tickets.
• Run reports/manifests when required i.e. airline strikes, ticketing deadlines etc.
• Control of all payments , both customer and supplier.
• Car reservations must be checked thoroughly, and the vouchers dispatched within the deadlines.
• Any amendments or cancellations related to the travel bookings , whether customer requested or otherwise will be handled efficiently and effectively in this role.
• All calls and correspondence must be answered promptly and correctly .
• Assist in other areas of Travel Admin as requested by the Team Leader / Manager.
• Maintain regular contact with Members in an effort to satisfy their holiday requirements.
• Ensuring accurate booking of flights, cars, insurance and all other RCI products

EXPERIENCE & TRAINING
Excellent geographical/holiday destination knowledge.
At least 1 years experience as a Travel Consultant, using a CRS system and a back-office system.
Knowledge of the travel industry, charter and scheduled flights.
Knowledge of the airline carriers and the destinations served by each.
Experience with fare calculation and ticketing.
Previous experience with Windows-based software products a necessity.
Fluency in both written & oral Swedish and an excellent knowledge of English

Salary: 21,000euro to 26,000euro depending on experience plus Relocation package.
