hela Sverige The Operational Excellence department is looking for the right person to join the team as a Transformation & Change Consultant based in Stockholm or Uppsala.
Your main tasks & responsibilities as a Transformation and Change Consultant
• Drive business transformation projects for Business Area Heat by diagnosis of potential opportunity. Independently structure, analyze and synthesize findings and clarify benefits.
• Identify business changes required to realize the benefits (people, process, digital Technology)
• Put together an overall plan incl. follow-up.
• Support with implementation of change depending on business requirements.
• Present analysis and recommendations of how to change the operations of an area to senior management, both orally and in writing, as required.
• Deliver high quality presentations, communicating both data-driven and conceptual information effectively, as well as communicating orally key concepts to a variety of audiences
• Provide support to business units on request to assess and redesign internal operations (ways of working, digital solutions, process redesign).
• Work collaboratively across locations building effective working relationships to share best practices and leverage knowledge elsewhere in the organization.
• Ensure proactive and effective stakeholder engagement and communication across all levels of an organization.
Vattenfall is looking for a new Transformation & Change Consultant.
Digital technology is changing the way we interact with our customers and the way we work. The ability to redesign our customer experience and subsequently our processes and ways of working by harnessing digital technologies is increasingly important. The role of the Operational Excellence department is to support the organization drive this transformation.
Your qualifications and competencies as a Transformation and Change Consultant:
As a person it is important that you believe in the importance of the customer and can demonstrate the ability to drive change (people, process, digital technology). It is also crucial that you have strong interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and collaborate with people at different levels in the organization. You have excellent written and verbal communication skills in English and Swedish and are experienced working in an international environment.
• Relevant academic degree
• Proven experience (3+ years) of delivering positive change in ways of working, either through transformation projects or through day-to-day frontline operational experience.
• A passion for digital technology
• Expertise in digital strategy/digital transformation is highly valued
• Experience of Lean approaches and implementation, with at least 3 Lean projects completed
• Combination of strategic and analytical skills
• Demonstrates commitment, motivation and energy towards work.
• Creative and action oriented
• A team player with the ability to communicate effectively and motivate people

Business Area Heat is responsible for providing customers with comfort and climate 24/7 in Vattenfall core markets Sweden, Germany and the Netherlands. The Operational Excellence department is part of Business Development which is responsible for setting Business Area Heat's strategy in line with Vattenfall corporate objectives. It also plays a key part in rolling out this strategy through developing the right products and solutions for our customers and building relationships with our key stakeholders.
