The Division and Service Area Sales Store is responsible for the development and delivery of IT systems and related services enabling sales in stores across the H&M Group. As Tester within SA Sales Store you will be responsible of test planning, test execution, test reporting and quality assurance of our IT Services for our point of sales retail solution, including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout. You will update and design new test cases as well as review deliverables from other team members. You will collaborate with internal and external stakeholders in order to perform allocated test assignments.
To be successful in this role you have a genuine interest and passion for Quality Assurance. You can quickly understand the tasks and learn new solutions. You have the ability to be pro-active and can anticipate problems and respond accordingly. You are good in building relations and you have solid communication skills, both orally and in writing.
We believe you have experience in retail, especially POS systems and that you have experience from working with external suppliers. Test leader experience is meritorious.

Your responsibilities:
The job of an Tester at H&M comes with a lot of responsibility - and lots of fun. Your to do-list includes:
Test design, test execution, test reporting and quality assurance of IT services (Service Validation) for retail solutions including software, hardware, infrastructure, processes and country rollout
Collaborate with e.g. test managers, testers, project managers, requirements analysts, architects, internal and external suppliers in order to perform testing of releases in limited time frames
Review of requirement and solution documentation
Design of new test cases based on change requests and updating of existing test cases when requirements change
Review deliverables from other team members (such as test cases)
Execute tests and review and assess test results from test execution
Participate in test meetings and discuss defect reports and test status
Communication with internal stakeholders and external suppliers, review of external suppliers' deliverables and way-of-working
Provide support to other testers

And your skills include:
Minimum 2 years' experience as a test analyst
Experience of acceptance test, system integration testing and XML-messages in a complex environment
Be able to make accurate risk assessments
Keep a helicopter view but with the ability to go down into details
Strong knowledge of HP ALM as a test and defect tracking tool
Knowledge of JIRA
Critical thinking
Driven, cooperative and prestige less
Good at taking own initiative and contribute to improvements of routines and processes
Ability to communicate problems and solutions on a technical level while keeping the delivery together
Excellent communication skills in speech and writing, fluent in English
The position is full time, located in Marievik, Stockholm. This role may require occasional travelling.
