Our three teams are working with Scania's external web experience with a focus on content management, digital asset management, and customer data analytics. Our next target is to set and execute marketing automation. Our team is currently looking for a test-automation developer (specialized in front-end development) to help us secure quality during our exciting cloud journey.
Your role
In this position, you have an opportunity to drive test development for our content management team. You will drive the automation forward by writing test cases, improving the framework, suggesting improvements to the process, the tools, and the product, as well as staying on top of requirements and generally being an ambassador for great quality.
Participating in all aspects of the work, from initial planning and setting up requirements to writing automation tests and handling issues. You will work with systems that are often critical for our business and have frequent communication with POs and teams.
Your skills
We coach our teams to become autonomous and agile, therefore expect you to be familiar with agile methods and thrive to work in an agile environment. To be a god fit, you should also be curious to learn new techniques and love to share your knowledge & ideas with others.
We expect you to have senior experience with test-driven development and continuous delivery, and of course that you are familiar with the technologies and tools that we work with. To succeed in this role we believe that you previously have coded in Java and that you have some experience of cloud such as AWS & Azure.
• At least 5 years of testing experience you will build a bunch of test cases for ever-changing environments.
• Degree in Computer Science, Software/Game Development, or equivalent practical experience.
• Good understanding of software quality assurance concepts, debugging processes, and procedures.
• Great communication skills - ability to communicate effectively with developers and other testers having knowledge in Java
• Good knowledge of build pipelines (you have yourself written different kinds of build pipelines)
• Has experience with Selenium and TestNG test framework
• Experience in device testing, for example working with Appium.
Wishlist:
• Experience working with backend testing
security testing
• AWS, Azure experience and Adobe Experience Manager is a plus
• Experience of security testing and automating security.
