Description
The test manager will report to the project manager and collaborate with sub project manager IT, product specialist and sub project manager organizational readiness.
Work tasks:
• Migrate from a series of application that currently support planning and execution processes
• Secure that the effects in the business case are realized
• Define test strategy based upon the organization requirements, environment set up and product features
Mandatory competence and experience:
• Competence of the highest rank, perceived as an expert in the market with a broad and deep competence.
• At least 10 years experience as a consultant in the field.
• Has participated in large assignments in various areas and carries out assignments with very high complexity and quality.
• Has been at level 3 for at least 5 years.
• Great knowledge and experience to work in a senior position.
• Testing of mission critical applications in a complex IT environment with high demand on application functionality, availability and performance
• Orchestrate different organizations and internal functions towards a common set of deliverables
• Knowledge of the transportation industry and preferably the rail industry
• Deep knowledge of Testing with emphasis on migration
• Experienced in working with cross organizational with cross functional teams
• Structured and driven towards defined deliverables
• Swedish and English
