• Your English is excellent both verbal and written.
• Any experience in Hybris/CCv2, SAP ECC or EPI server is seen as an advantage.

Job Description
Our global client is looking for a Test Manager/IT Project Manager. IT at our client is responsible for the IT strategy and how this is implemented throughout an extensive range of solutions, systems and applications that are fundamental for the group's operations around the world. The Project Management Office is part of the IT organization and responsible for managing the scope, schedule, and cost of projects for the organization utilizing best practices and established company methodologies. With a program called, D2C Transformer the client is creating a new D2C Sales Channel for Finished Goods, Consumable and Accessories for the client's business area Europe. The scope includes building the business capability in all required process areas like, Channel Operations, Logistics, Contact Centre and Finance. Creating the technical solution. I.e. the storefront, the backend integrations and configurations in SAP. This is an operational role coming onboard in the middle of the rollout phase, replacing the current Test Manager so focus will be on executing the E2E test strategy for the D2C Transformer Program. This is a very high visibility and challenging role having interactions with key users and executives in the customer organizations around Europe. This role will provide an opportunity to work with a multi-cultural team and will welcome perspectives on new and agile ways of working. The D2C Transformer Test Lead perspective is responsible to run the Quality & Test Work stream, in this function the Test Manager is part of the program management team. The Quality & Test work stream is responsible for coordinating testing the relevant business processes (e.g. logistics, finance) and the IT solutions that have been built as part of the program. Prepare Test Approach and Test Plans in alignment of the program framework in Agile, V-model based and business process context. Coach and train testers on test practices as required. Ensuring that testing and UAT is done to meet the release requirements - on time and as per quality requirements. Work along with support teams to ensure operational acceptance of the releases being planned. Gatekeeper for progression of changes from Dev - Test - Live environments.

You navigate with ease in a multicultural environment and adjust your way of working depending on the counterparts, without losing focus on your deliverables. You are comfortable being the "to go to person" when there is a need to find a solution meeting the expected deadline and scope from a test perspective. You are also comfortable presenting progress on regular basis to top management as well as internally within projects. You have strong organizational skills, including planning and managing deadlines, and the ability to handle several tasks in parallel in a structured way. You use organized planning tools, create efficient follow-up structures. You do not fear transparency and flag any concerns early. You are result driven and a passionate team player used to cooperate with decision-makers and colleagues with different backgrounds. You need to be fairly hands-on and, in the details, while able to consolidate and filter information based on context and audience.

Admission and Application
Full time position. The position will start 2021-02-01 or as soon as possible, and the assignment is expected to run until 2021-07-31, with possible extension.
