Moreover, this is your chance to be part of the success story: we are looking for a Test Manager to join our Team.
As Test Manager you will join large international projects where you test both the quality of the business processes and the IT systems. You will act as an expert and consultant for our customers based on your specific knowledge of the IT and business processes.
Skills, knowledge, and experience
Must have:
Developing the overall test strategy, including defining the scope, objectives, and timelines for testing activities
Responsible for building and managing a team of testers. This involves recruiting skilled individuals, assigning tasks and responsibilities to team members, providing guidance and mentoring, conducting performance evaluations, and fostering a collaborative work environment.
Experienced in Automation testing using Selenium or any frontend automation framework.
Ensure proper test coverage by designing test cases based on functional and non-functional requirements. Estimate the effort, resources, and budget required for testing activities. Ability to test case/script review, give and receive feedback.
Analysing test results and publishing test reports
Good communication skills to work with team and stakeholders.
Understanding and adoption of good practices such as TDD, BDD
Understanding of risk assessment and impact analysis
Experienced in working with agile and SAFe practices and able to suggest improvements to the team's process.
Good to have:
Experienced in using tools like Postman, JMeter etc.
Experienced in backend/API automation using RestAssured or similar framework.
Maintain the team's CI/CD pipelines.
