We are looking for an experienced and highly-motivated Test Lead.
You believe you can make a difference. You will be responsible for a team of 15 testers who works with multinational bookmaking systems, systems integration and development of consumer facing sites.

You will manage 15 testers and lead test planning and test execution.
The team is responsible for all software testing before release as well as for the technical quality of our innovative web based online games.
The job includes establishing effective test environments together with supporting tools and processes. You will need extensive experience as well as a technical understanding in all these areas. Your ability to inspire a team of talented professionals and your technical knowledge will lead to the successful releases of new games and system.
Responsibility:
• constantly improve efficiency and flexibility with maintained quality
• creating test plans
• responsible for the test execution
• leading and motivation the test team
• supply the project leader and quality manager with test status and reports
• test estimation
• embrace, enhance and improve existing QA processes and procedures
• providing and improving test metrics.
ErfarenhetWe are seeking a highly motivated team player with a mature and positive attitude and a passion for working with software testing.
Required skills:
• detailed understanding of fundamental testing principles
• practical, applicable skills in test planning and scheduling
• ability to select and apply appropriate methods, approaches and techniques to web-application testing
• possess a genuine interest in testing and improving personal QA knowledge
• experience working in 'virtual' and agile teams
• knowledge of agile development/test processes
• ability to understand both technical and business values
• ability to work in a dynamic work environment
• excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Degree qualifications: qualified Bachelor?s or Master?s degree.
