As one of two Business Experts in Store Mobile Device Team, you will have a leading role in continuously improving our clients mobile devices. You will manage coordination and communication related to our mobile devices and RFID readers in stores, on a global scale. There are always changes happening in our complex environment, so collaboration and creating structure are key components for us to be able to scale fast, with maintained operational stability.
You will continuously optimize the value of the devices for our staff in stores, country teams and internal application teams by developing and implementing effectiveness and roadmaps, while maintaining stakeholders in a global multi brand cross functional organization. Meaning you, together with Product Manager and our existing Business Expert, will drive and develop knowledge related to way of working and roadmaps. You will also have a lead coordinating role for changes that we drive, both globally and locally.
In this role you will join a team of 7 persons, working with multiple stakeholders, responsible for 40 000 mobile devices and 15 000 RFID readers in stores globally. Collaborating with the end users who are using these devices in their daily work and the App teams responsible for the different applications deployed on the mobile devices is what we do. Making sure the device is a great tool for staff in stores.
This role is a great opportunity for someone who want to be part of creating the most business value out of our mobile devices in our stores, together with Project Manager, the existing Business Expert and a team of software & tech engineers.

Qualifications
• You have prior experience of roles like, Project manager, Test lead, Requirement Analyst or Developer.
• You have great knowledge of Android devices/development.
• You have experience working in Agile teams.
• You have experience working in a large scale global context.
• You want to learn and constantly being curious about new opportunities and improvements.
• You have ability to understand and analyze complex situations with many stakeholders involved, and share plans in effective and powerful communications.
• You have ability to take responsibility, work proactively and continuously find improvements in complex, quickly transforming environment.
• RFID technology knowledge is a merit.
• You need to communicate fluently in English, both written and spoken.
• Swedish knowledge is a merit.

Admission and Application
Full time position, 40h/week. The position will start 2023-10-02 and the assignment is expected to run until 2024-05-31 with possibility of extension. For this assignment you will be employed by JobBusters and work as a consultant for our client in Stockholm. Our clients' remote policy is 3 days at the office/week.
