Lead tender preparation to build competitive offer in line with customer needs. Analyse Request For Quotation with ability to draft amendments during Influence phase. Build Technical and Financial offer and optimize project set-up to reach target price and get management approval. Manage tender risk analysis with SRMs. Support the Opportunity Leader during customer negotiations and closing of the deal. Contribute to the Tender managers community of practice.
Responsibilities
1. As key contributor of the opportunity capture team, support Opportunity Leader in Influencing costumer
2. Analyze RFQs, make recommend BID / NOBID's to the management by gathering inputs from relevant Subject Mater Experts. Monitor formal gate reviews approvals and collection of mandatory information to start tender work
3. Understand the need of the customer, and research the optimal and most competitive technical-commercial solution to answer to its needs. Define Bid execution strategy in line with Opportunity selling strategy and target price.
4. Prepare a risk analysis and a mitigation of the risks with Subject Mater Experts support.
5. Animate liaison meetings, define interfaces, clarify compliance strategy, raise questions to the Client through Sales lead. Perform reliable and efficient communication to main stakeholders, raise roadblocks when needed
6. Prepare tender review presentation, capture comments from authorized management/ Subject Mater Experts and amend offer accordingly. Circulate tender approvals as per official workflow
7. Take part of contract negotiation in close collaboration with Opportunity Pursuit Leader.
8. Lead Review Before Sign and reassess As sold margin. Prepare and lead Project Handing Over to execution team.
9. Follow Customer Project Process: Risks analysis, cash curve, offer review, tender review, escalation workflow for getting the final approval.
10. Prepare the Tender Review meeting.
11. Perform Lessons Learned analysis on both won or lost opportunities.
