We're currently 50 spirits with moonshot ambitions, spread across offices in Stockholm, London and Cairo - and the next stops are TBD. We are looking for a star that will take care of our office in Stockholm and help out with administrative services.
As a Office Manager, you will:
General office pursuits
Onboarding of new employees
Administrative support to the management team
Responsible for purchases for the office
Booking travel and hotels
Manage post and deliveries
Communication and error reporting with our landlord and other suppliers
Expense management and receipts
Responsibility for planning events
Documentation of administrative processes
