We offer the right person the exciting task of leading and developing the European Finance Function of currently 15 people in 6 countries. The main priorities of the European Finance Function are to
fulfil internal and external requirements with respect to accounting, reporting and providing financial business support to the rest of the organization. This includes Budget, Forecast, Accounting,
Business support, Analysis, Monthly and Quarterly reports, Implementation and Development of Financial Processes.
Job assignments:
You will lead the change of the Finance Function to become regional. This includes changes in processes, implementation of common structures and procedures, participation in roll-out of a common
Global finance system. The position works closely with the European Area Manager and is a member of the Teleca Europe management team. The position reports directly to Head of Group Controlling.
We are looking for:
You should be an analytical person with strong leadership talents. Your personal and social skills will be of great importance in this recruitment. The ideal candidate has at least seven years
qualified experience from roles within finance and controlling of which at least three years qualified accounting experience. Probably you have three years experience from a management position within
the finance and controlling field. Preferably you have also worked in services business environment. It is essential that you have experience from controlling, process implementation and leadership in
an international company and that you are prepared, and find it inspiring, to work in a multi-cultural organization.
Summary of qualifications:
• Academic degree in Finance and Business Administration
• Speak and write English fluently
• Experience from Services Company is desired
• At least 7 years qualified experience within finance
• At least 3 years in a management position
• Experience from Controlling
• Analytical skills
• Proven good basic skills in accounting
• High integrity and good understanding in meeting deadlines
• Experience of cost control
• Prepared to travel
