TECHNICAL WRITER
About the position:
As a Technical Writer at Play'n GO you will be part of the Product Development team.
You will work alongside developers, testers, product owners and other technical writers with product documentation for ensuring the effective use of our products.
The position is in Växjö, Sweden.
Your responsibilities:
• Design, create, and maintain documentation including integration and user guides and product release notes.
• Explain technical complex concepts in English in a clear and accessible way.
• Working with single-sourcing of information.
• Coordinate with key stakeholders and subject matter experts across the organization to deliver up-to-date documentation to our customers and business partners.
• Follow all internal standards, processes, and templates when producing the documentation.
Skills and background:
• Some experience as a technical writer and working with online and print materials although training will be provided.
• An interest in technical writing.
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English, as well as excellent communications skills.
