As Technical Support Specialist at Greenbyte you are responsible for assistance to existing customers regarding support, troubleshooting, technical integration implementation and product configuration. You will also provide technical expertise during our customer onboarding process.

Greenbyte philosophy is to work closely together with our customers. This means that working with support is an important part of maintaining that relationship, since contact with customers will be on a day to day basis.

Expectations & Tasks
• Provide ongoing support for the Greenbyte products
• Maintain Greenbyte's support ticket system
• Supply technical expertise during customer implementation projects
• Configure the Greenbyte products according to customer and project needs
• Provide input to the Product Manager regarding product enhancements and extensions
• Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues related to the Greenbyte products
• Analytical skills with the ability to find solutions for operational problems
• Ability to assess and learn new problem domains

Skills & Requirements
• Enjoy learning new things and working with new technology
• Previous experience with delivering technical support
• Experience of working in a software development company
• Systematic, autonomous and results oriented
• Great customer communication skills

Extra Pluses
• Experience from working with integration-heavy SaaS offerings
• Experience with relational databases and web technologies
• Experience in data analysis
• Experience with systems administration and network technologies
• Interest in renewable energy
• Degree in computer science and / or business
• Good written and spoken German.
