Technical support works as Admetas 2nd line support with issues that our Customer Relation team can’t solve. Major issues are sent to our R&D department. The position also includes the responsibility of having a continuous dialogue with the clients to make sure they understand how to use Admetas products to best fulfil the client’s needs. Technical support are also responsible to project lead the setup of new clients and educate them on site or through webcasts. The position also helps the sales department with demo of the system in the sales process both how to use it and technically explain how Admetas products work together with the client’s ad management systems.
The day to day job will consist of:
Make sure that clients and sales staff get the service requested to move sales process forward.
Responsible for Admetas 2nd line support.
Taking care of Admetas 1st line support when needed.
Setting up new clients in Admetas systems.
Visit our clients to educate setup and help them get started.
Have a close dialogue with Admetas clients to understand their technical needs and translate and convert them to developing projects and report them to R&D and product owners.
On site educate new and existing clients.
Help client’s to analyse performance and profitability, help with business development.
Being the filter from clients to our R&D department to explain the client’s needs in a technical way.
Doing demo of Admetas products to potential clients to make the sales process move forward.
Setting up project plans of implementations with new clients.
Being an educated sounding board for R&D
Together with the client and Admetas operations department define acceptance tests for the system and be the project leader that Admeta reach the clients objectives.
To be able to fulfil the position the person needs to have the following attributes.
Fluent in English and Swedish.
Technical understanding of how JavaScript/HTML works.
Knowledge about HTTP requests and its POST/GET-variables.
Knowledge of how to query a SQL database for information.
Experience using linux/unix systems.
Good presentation skills.
Prepared to travel across Europe up to 2 days/week.
High technical knowledge to understand the technical side of the client’s needs.
Handle technical discussions with clients and R&D internally.
Strong analytic skills
Position in Admetas organisation.
The position is based in Stockholm to have a close relation to Admetas sales team.
The position belongs to the Sales & Marketing Department.
Reporting is done to Admetas VP Sales & Marketing.
