hela Sverige Navico, leader in marine electronics, is looking for a Technical Service Manager to support the boat builders, dealers and distributors in Sweden as well as the Swedish boat owners requiring support abroad.
The successful candidate will possess the technical skills to provide first level support and act as the point of escalation for second level support for the retailers and installers of Navico?s B&G, Simrad and Lowrance products.
This role requires strong coordination skills, good knowledge of Microsoft Office products, and customer focus as well as the marine electronics knowledge.
Service Manager is expected to work independently in an international setting. Strong communication skills, ability to work remotely and "can do" attitude is a must. Providing guidance on support and service issues to our retailers and installers, managing RMAs, assessing and coordinating local training needs and managing service issues onboard vessels will be some of the day-to-day tasks you are expected to conduct.
