As Technical Service Engineer, Rock Drills and Rotation units you will play a key role in the contribution to the product portfolio success by securing competence in our CC 's and provide field information to drive continuous product improvements.
The responsibilities for this role include the following areas, but not limited to:
• Create and maintain technical product training material.
• Support all instances in URE/MRS/RTE/SED regarding Rock Drills and Rotation Units.
• Support new development projects ensuring that technical service aspects are considered, implemented, field knowledge is implemented in projects and new technology competence is transferred to customer centres and other stakeholders working with the products.
• Support our warranty End to End process
• Support all technical inquires emerging from all stakeholders.
• Review and update technical documentation.
In this role, extensive travelling might occur.
Experience requirements
• Good English command.
• Applicants should possess good knowledge in MR applications and products.
• Experience from analytical troubleshooting.
• Proven pedagogical experience and knowledge.
• Relevant computer literacy
• Solid technical background
• Minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant field.
