As Technical Service Engineer, Automation you will play a key role in the contribution to the product portfolio success by securing competence in our Customer Centers (CC:s) and contribute with information from the field that drives continuous product improvements.
The responsibilities for this role include the following areas, but not limited to:
• Perform technical product trainings and commissioning's globally to insure that our service contracts and CC:s personnel can fully support the products.
• Generate sustainable relations with our customers through excellent cooperation which generates aftermarket and capital upselling.
• Create and maintain technical product training material related to the products.
• Support all stakeholders within the Mining and Rock Excavation Technique Business Area (MR) Automation with technical inquiries.
• Support new development projects ensuring that technical service aspects are considered and implemented.
• Insure that field knowledge is implemented in projects and new technology competence is transferred to CC:s and other stakeholders working with the products.
• Secure that all field issues are presented and driven in our continuous product improvement forums.
• Support our warranty end to end process
• Verify that the technical documentation is up to date.
• Handle product safety related issues.
Travelling is a natural part of the role.
Experience requirements:
• Good English skills, verbally and written.
• Applicants should possess good knowledge in MR applications and products.
• Experience from analytical troubleshooting.
• Proven pedagogical experience and knowledge.
• Relevant computer literacy.
• Strong network (TCP/IP, Ethernet & Wi-Fi) competence.
• The applicant should have a solid technical background with at least B.Sc. Engineering diploma or similar through experience.
• Applicants must have a minimum of 5 years work experience in relevant field.
• Experience from working with Simba automation and related PC software products is meritorious.

It has distribution centers in China, Sweden and the United States, and is based in Sweden.
