hela Sverige You will be part of High Voltage Cables in Karlskrona. We manufacture high voltage cables for installation on land and offshore. In the workshop, we have a unique production environment for the latest cable technology on the market. Here we create efficient, environmentally friendly and sustainable high technological transmission systems for a worldwide market.
Tasks:
HVC in Karlskrona is one of the world's largest manufacturers of sea cables. You will be part of the Production Technology Project department and manage various production projects aimed at maintaining and improving our high level of output and quality. As Project Manager, you will ensure that projects are delivered on time, according to budget and with focus on safety.
The majority of your projects will concern investments and improvements missions where you will support our production engineers in enabling an even higher level of efficiency. You will mostly take on mechanical projects and when additional expertise is required, such as automation or maintenance, you will collaborate with these departments as well. You can look forward to a dynamic role where you will work both independently and in teams. Requirements:
You hold a Bachelor's or Master's degree in Mechanical Engineering or equivalent. In addition, you have experience of project management and production technology. Knowledge of Solid Works, production technology and documentation management are also required. If you have experience from CE qualification and change management or lean production, perhaps from working as a technical production engineer, it is highly qualifying. To master Swedish as well as English, written and spoken alike, is also required.
On a personal level, you are a committed and driven team player with strong communication and interpersonal skills. To manage multiple tasks simultaneously while keeping a clear focus and priority setting is a well practiced skill of yours. Moreover, you identify areas of improvement and find creative solutions to any problem you encounter. Finally, you take initiative and ensure that all projects are completed successfully and safely.
