hela Sverige Northvolt is looking for a Technical Project Manager.
The job scope includes:
• Project management
• Bottle-neck management
• Support other departments with continuous improvements
Key responsibilities include (but are not limited to):
• Assist in optimizing workflow, quality, and output.
• Working closely together with project managers and HR, and facilitating processes and setting up necessary training sessions for teams.
• Proactive work towards continual improvements of processes, tools and routines.
• Actively engage with work climate and culture and be a role model for what it should be.
• Write and continuously update relevant documentation related to undertaken projects.
• Assist other department when they lack resources or knowledge
Qualifications/education/experience
• Previous technical and organizational experience. Candidates should have broad knowledge in IT and enjoy seeking the latest tools to develop.
• Educational background in IT or other relevant educational background. Experience from both IT management and operations is a plus.
• Can prepare presentations on data and projects.
