We are searching for a Technical Delivery Specialist.
Purpose of the Role
We are seeking a Technical Delivery Specialist for the co-development and delivery of robust products in collaboration with Oriflame's strategic manufacturing partners in line with the Oriflame NPD Process to meet defined launch dates. The Technical Delivery Specialist will be responsible for escalating any issues with the delivery of NPD projects or supplier performance.
Key Responsibilities
• Collaborate with the strategic manufacturing partners and the Technical Delivery Expert to co-develop robust formulation solutions to meet the marketing brief and in accordance with Oriflame's product development philosophy.
• Validate use of proposed starting points for in-house formulations as part of the brief review for low complexity developments and share formulation information with new partners as required.
• Briefing projects to strategic manufacturing partners, agreed development time-lines and ensuring the delivery vs agreed timelines.
• Align with NPD functions on launch complexity, development plan and timings.
• Responsible for the initial review and the assessment and processing of incoming raw materials associated documentation from strategic supply partners.
• Maintain awareness of new launches, technical insights and trends in the Cosmetics category, new formulation technologies, raw materials etc. to actively contribute to the innovation process.

Qualifications and Experience
• Over 3 years of experience in Cosmetics formulation and product development.
• Degree in Chemistry/Cosmetic Science/ Chemical Engineering or a related field
• Project management & delivery.
• Knowledge of industry regulations.
