As a Search & Sourcing Specialist you are responsible for attracting, engaging and evaluating candidates. It doesn?t matter if it is through search, referrals, ads or events. In the end it?s about hiring the best people out there. This is a position where you learn to do recruitment on a global level.
We are looking for a researcher or recruitment specialist that understand that their role is one of absolute importance. It?s a craft where you learn the details of the business, the industry and the candidates out there. And it?s not easy. You never stop learning.
You have around 2 years of experience working with technical recruitment of software developers, devops, ops and QA.
We are open for both permanent staff as well as contractors in this role.
