What we can offer you?
You will be offered a key role to reach worlds standard and expectations of IT-Services within Tikkurila Group. You will work on-site at the Stockholm office in Hammarby Sjöstad, but work internationally with the Swedish, Norwegian and Danish markets. You also will be a part of global support and belong to the organizational group IT-Analyst, with your closest manager located in Poland.
Your future job tasks:
• Plan and manage the work in the IT Services
• Ensure delivery, monitoring and termination of cases
• Motivate and inspire the team you work leads
• Strive towards continuous improvement
• Give IT-support to the users in your field
The job in short:
As the Team Leader you will be responsible for a small team within the IT-Services where you plan and structure the work load. It is also your responsibility to that the work tasks will be performed according to SLA:es and other existing guidelines. The role does not include any management over staffpersonnel, but is instead focused on prioritizing between different tasks for the team. That Which means the flexibility to handle many different situations, and lift theiralso open your eyes beyond Scandinavia IT-Services function.
Who are you?
To suit the role at Tikkurila, you will need to have , a strong focus on service and a natural understanding of the needs of the organization.
You have previous
• Experience in IT support and operation, preferably as an application technician
• Strong interest in IT Services
We prefer that you have previous experience as a Team Leader, or have a desire to move in that direction. You have an aptitude for analyzing and solving problems while you are organissed and have a systematic approach.
As the IT organization is under a big change today, we encourage you to have an understanding of a changing environment. In order to thrive best in the role you are a fearless communicator and motivated by new challenges and has an unpretentious approach.
