We are looking for a team leader for our machine platform team that works on mechanical and electric adaptions of the targeted machine platform. You will be leading a team with a handful skilled engineers that both designs and builds our machines. You will also propose mechanical design concepts and design them for industrialization.

This position is on the Huskvarna site where we have both development and workshop.
Your background
Personal competencies:
You have a pragmatic mindset and are focused on deliveries. We believe you have the ability to take initiative rather than waiting for direction. Communication and collaboration skills is important to succeed in this role.
Qualifications:
Work experience as mechanical design engineer
University degree within engineering
Experience from any of the areas below is beneficial:
Experience or interest of design of systems including electrical and electronics components
Working in early design phases developing design concepts
Planning build of prototypes and limited machine series
Experience from working close with sourcing and suppliers
