Our Exciting Opportunity
You'll be part of a mighty and purpose led team committed to "Better the people, to better the business": Group Function Talent Management within the Global People Function while also supporting the Global Total Rewards team.
Because of your work idea generation of team meeting agendas and focus areas + partner engagement, team goals and the coordination of key interventions'+ material production will be spot on. You will be the driving force behind cross team collaboration and the integrated communication of our key processes. This particular role is a phenomenal opportunity to come in and learn, execute and create impact. We are looking for someone who prides themselves on operational excellence but also with a thirst to learn and grow!

You will
Support Global TM Head with strategy operations
Manage and coordinates TM Contributions into Cross-SME projects / initiatives (Who is supporting what, when, workloads, etc)
Owns TM team governance: agenda design, f/up on action items, preparing presentation materials, overall coordination for successful execution
Supports the team with operational requirements (sourcing, finance, communications)
Drives Operational excellence by continuously evaluating and recommending improvements to the WoW
Secures proper storage and management of documentation around TM (Sharepoint sites, Team Sites, Internal Sites, Shared Folders, etc)
Leads & defines the WoW for team efficiency (Meetings, notes, feedback, actions, operational reviews, templates, etc)
Owns and maintains distribution lists, audits requests, etc...


To be successful in the role you must have
Bachelor degree in a Human Resources or related fields is required. A Masters of Business degree is preferred.
A curious and driven mindset towards continuous improvement
Be well networked & knowledgeable on how to do operational support tasks (related to finance, sourcing, communications, etc)
Strong organizational skills & Time management
Experience with the entire Microsoft portfolio (advanced PowerPointt skills to create presentations)
A great communicator and technology savvy
