We are a successful team of 30+ recruiters in Sweden looking for new experienced colleague based in Eskilstuna. The Volvo Group is on a transformation journey and in the midst of a significant competence shift, requiring new talented people onboard. As a Senior Recruiter and Talent Acquisition delivery Lead you will be a key driver in this disruptive change. We dare to promise a unique opportunity to grow together with us!

Core Responsibilities:
In your role as Senior Recruiter you will drive the end-to-end recruitment processes by identifying, attracting, assessing, and recruiting talents from all over the globe. This includes working with candidate sourcing, screening, and short-listing of candidates, conducting assessments and competence-based interviews. You will also provide guidance and training to Line Managers and Human Resource representatives on recruitment related topics.
For each business division we are working in agile delivery teams, and in this role, you will also be responsible for leading the delivery towards Volvo Construction Equipment for the Swedish sites which includes being a spokesperson and distributing work amongst the rest of the recruiting team. Also, you will ensure that we have estimates of coming needs, build candidate pipelines and follow up on statistics and how we are tracking on KPI:s and report back to the team, and to the business. Perhaps most important, we expect you to be forward looking, finding better ways of working and setting the strategy for the delivery team according to business needs.
Experience and skills that will make you successful:
We believe that you have solid experience from recruiting, probably from an internal recruitment department or in a recruitment agency. You have an academic degree and prior leadership experience is seen as an advantage. Over the years, we believe that you have gained knowledge and experience in a wide range of current recruiting practices and trends - but keep a curiosity to still learn and develop within this field. Last, but not least, your service mentality and positive approach will take you a long way!
