Job Description
The Team
We are creating a new team to unlock the full potential of our global TA community across regions: the Talent Acquisition Global Operations teams (TAGO).
By being the connector across our many TA teams across regions, brands and functions, the TAGO team will facilitate the creation and execution of our global roadmap for TA, delivering continuous improvement & innovation projects across TA processes, policy and programs.
The bottom-line impact of the team is focused on enabling the recruitment teams to have reduced time to hire, higher quality of hire, and lower cost per hire, and hence enabling our businesses to have the right people, at the right time.
We are therefore looking for a skilled TA Project Manager for Community Development, focusing on the training & upskilling, internal communications, knowledge management, and talent management of the TA community worldwide.
In this role your customers will be the TA teams across the regions/brands/functions, and your main objective is to unlock their potential to deliver their best work, and to come together as one team worldwide. To do so, you partner with Learning&Development, Talent Management, Employee Engagement and other functions to gather best practices that you'll then adjust and implement for our global TA community.
Your responsibilities will include, but are not limited to:
TA Training & Upskilling:
Creation of long-term strategy for TA skills and competence development.
Learning strategy delivery and continuous improvement.
Continuous improvement of competence assessment methodology for the TA community.
TA Community Internal Comms & Cadence
Internal communications strategy plan, design, and coordination.
Designing and deploying engagement initiatives for the TA community.
Maintenance of the cadence of reporting and collaboration within the TA community.
Maintenance and continuous improvement of the TA Intranet.
TA Community Talent Management:
Developing the career development frameworks for TA colleagues.
Enabling individual learning goals and successful performance development.
Developing coaching capabilities for TA leads to support their teams in connection to the learning strategy.
Qualifications
You are a highly driven project manager and a strong communicator with the ability to influence and engage others. You have especially strong listening skills, which help you really understand the needs of your customers, and then design relevant learning and growth solutions for them. Your holistic view helps you connect the dots across teams with different realities, and your structured and systematic approach helps you prioritize and organize your work to deliver impact where it's most relevant. You enjoy working in an iterative approach and are excited about finding new ways to solve people challenges to elevate people and bring them closer together.
Key competencies:
TA subject matter expertise.
Project Management skills including ideation, conceptualization, planning, and incubation.
Excellent communication skills (including solid copywriting and fluent English).
Change Management and agile work methodology.
Data savviness (e.g. recruitment technology, analytics and reporting, Excel, etc.).
Training and workshops design and facilitation.
Visual communication & presentation.
What is your background?
Extensive HR and/or TA experience.
Extensive experience leading projects within HR and/or TA, i.e., full lifecycle project delivery.
Experience working in agile work methodologies.
Good familiarity with the Learning & Development and Talent Management scopes.
Experience managing processes in a global organization and facilitating change, handling cross functional and cross-country collaborations and communication.

This is a full-time permanent role based in Stockholm, belonging to the Global Talent Acquisition department within the H&M Group's global People and Organizational Development function.
