About the role
Working with Talent Acquisiton & Employer Branding atEasyPark you will part of designing the talent acquisitionstrategy to make sure we are prepared for the future from a talent perspective. You will play a leading role in making sure we work in the best possible ways with candidates throughout the entire process from source to hire.You will be part ofdesigning a great candidate experience and ensure our recruitment processes assess talent in a holistic and efficient way while reflectingour culture and the values of our organization.In this role you willexplore ways to engage with candidates in new and existingchannels to bring on world-class talent to our organisation. You will work with several functions in the organisation, such as Marketing and IT, with mainfocus on our Sales functionto explore new ways of attracting new EasyParkers.
You will be part of a small, but powerful People Operations Team situated in our Headquarters in Stockholm. As People Operations we focus on the people side of our business and drive the cultural agenda in the organization. Since we cover different areas in the team it requires a high sense of ownership and responsibility. Being able to drive projects independently is key at the same time as being highly cooperative and supportive within the team and beyond. Working in a small team in a high growth company with global ambitions means working at a fast pace and being ready to handle all kinds of situations. What you will do
• Contribute to designing atalent acquisition strategy to make sure EasyPark continues to bring in talent needed for the future
• Expand sourcing strategies and develop innovative ways to seek and find new talent
• Be part of creating a great candidate experience.
• Drive recruitments on your own as well as in collaboration with managers across Europe.
• Recommend and drive improvements within recruiting to make sure we assess candidates in a holistic way
• Be part of assessing and interviewing candidates to identify skills and culture-fit
• Track and analyze various KPIs reflecting our recruitment efforts and pipeline
• Be part of contributing to the development of People Operations and collaborate with the team members in various areas, e.g. hosting our biggest internal event of the year gathering all people in the company

Desired background
We don't think one size fits all, but here are some of the things we think a successful candidate might have:
• You have a passion forpeople and talent acquisition and want to make a difference in an organisation by giving your all in this area
• Experience from working in operational roles such as in sales or other customer facing roles which have given you a solid understanding of what is needed in a business to meet the needs of customers
• Experience from working with talent acquisition preferably in high growth environments. Talent acquisition might not have been your core focus, but part of an operational role.
• Strong communications skills and ability to express yourself very well both in verbal and written format (English)
• Strong relationship building skills with the ability to effectively support and connect with people
• Relevant academic degree meaning higher education that reflects your abilities (hence very broad definition of relevant degree)
• Fluency in English and additional languages are meriting. Swedish is not required.
