Job description at a glance
As the Talent Acquisition Specialist/HRBP, you'll be the go-to person for identifying top talents and supporting our managers with various HR matters. You will play a key role in helping us grow and develop our organization, contributing to Intertek's long-term global transformation.
Reporting to our HR Director Nordics, you'll join a lively and supportive HR team of 5 colleagues in Stockholm, Kista. This role covers a broad range of HR responsibilities at both strategic and operational levels.
Your journey with us begins in August and runs until May 2025.
What you'll do:
Support a management team and managers, handling the company's HR tasks.
Take charge of different HR projects and implement team initiatives aligned with our mission, vision, and values.
Manage successful "end-to-end" recruitment together with our managers, from creating job ads to making hires
Identifying the right channels for the right staff groups and search for top talent

What do you need to succeed?
Experience in recruitment and a generalist HR role, ideally as a HR Business Partner
Experience in the Health/Life Sciences sector (or other skilled roles) is a big plus!
Relevant university degree
Experience supporting and working within a matrix organization
A proactive, driven, and structured work ethic with a knack for driving change
A positive, team-player attitude with a flair for innovation
Ability to juggle multiple stakeholders and build long-term relationships
Fluency in Swedish and English
