We currently have the following job opening;
System Validation Leader - Interior and Climate
As a Validation Manager you are responsible for the overall physical validation and verification of systems developed by one or several of CEVTs module teams within Interior and Climate.
Responsibilities and tasks
• Driving the development of aligned test plans and test methods together with the responsible system areas.
• Aligning the total test needs with the vehicle validation team and between the various test locations.
• Leading and coordinating the execution of the validation plans.
• Supporting the system validation tests at the various test sites.
• Approve and Deliver reports of the testing and validation status.
Requirements
• B.Sc. or M.Sc.
• Minimum 5 years’ experience of automotive development.
• Knowledge of Homologation and global interial requirements.
• Relevant experience from testing, validation or simulation of components and systems within Interior and Climate.
• Experience of project and supplier management.
• Ability to drive, motivate and convince.
• Persistency to pursue targets and take decisions.
• Cultural awareness, especially Asian – European culture.
• High social skills.
• Fluent in English, both written and spoken.
