hela Sverige As System Manger within IT you will be a part of the 3rd Party Solutions unit, a multisite unit consisting of around 15 employees located in Lund, Älmhult and Sundbyberg in Sweden and Nottingham in UK. The 3rd Party Solutions unit are responsible for managing 3rd party solutions from a maintenance and development perspective, in collaboration with external vendors and internal IT and business stakeholders.
We are looking for two System Managers, one for Origination systems and one for a number of other 3rd party systems.
As System Manager for Origination systems you will be responsible for the development and maintenance of 3rd party systems, with focus on our origination systems. You will become a key person on a major project ongoing to implement a new origination system throughout the organisation across all business units. You act as a key link though project implementation to maintenance to ensure a good on boarding process and to ensure that knowledge is embedded in the organisation as part of the project. You will also be responsible for the current 3rd party origination systems that should be phased out eventually.
As the other System Manager you will be responsible for the development , maintenance and vendor contact of a number of 3rd party systems that are already in use at Ikano Bank.
Both positions will be based in Lund and will report to the Sub-unit manager of 3rd Party Solutions Maintenance.
Key responsibilities
• Managing third party solutions regarding maintenance and development including follow ups
• Secure deliveries and performance according to agreed goals, defined strategies, SLA, KPIs and budget and co-ordinate with IT and business
• Work closely with the business and vendor and plan, manage and follow up on the work associated with changes and adaptations of the system.
• Gather and spread information relevant for functionality between IT and the business and you will participate in requirements discussions and in pre-studies
• Participate in projects from one or several third party systems maintenance perspective
• Act link between vendors and business to secure an efficient usage of the application
• Be a driver in continuous improvements of development and maintenance
• Coordinate, plan and follow up deployments according to defined processes
• Continuously keep relevant stakeholders informed about progress of on-going work
Required profile and qualifications
• Bachelor or Master in computer science, system analysis, business administration or equivalent.
• Experience from vendor relationship management
• Knowledge of IT system development
• Familiar with IT strategy, processes and working methods.
• Good IT architectural understanding and familiar with different development production models.
• Proven experience from managing your own projects, from requirement- and negotiation handling both with vendors and business and preferably also from IT development.
• Experience from origination systems is a benefit
