About the position
Customer IT within Vattenfall is looking for a System Manager who can take the overall responsibility for our web applications. The System Manager secures that the existing and new applications are working and that they follow the standards and the quality which has been promised to our internal counterparts. You as a System Manager will have large possibilities to affect ways of working and the formation of the system manager role.
This role will work closely with both our DevOps teams, managers and with our business partners which consist of all business units in Vattenfall that have a customer relation.

Your responsibilities as System Manager
As System Manager you will be the bridge between IT and counterparts in business. You will be handling incidents, changes and maintenance in collaboration with the involved competence areas. Further you will

• Do yearly business planning for applications in cooperation with internal peers.
• Follow up on - service level agreement fulfilment, Incident reporting, performance and storage.
• KPI follow up connected to all SLAs
• Participate in process optimization and knowledge sharing initiatives related to application management.
• Be responsible for the yearly operational maintenance budget (planning and follow up)
• Coordinate setup and close down up of SLAs
• Handling of licenses and agreements connected to our applications
• Support to DevOps teams and scrum masters
• Support in annual audits

About you
We believe that you as a System Manager have a well-structured way of working and are motivated by keeping your applications in good shape. You have good system knowledge and have worked with roles related to IT before. You are skilled in facilitating meetings and have a good sense of what needs to be done in different situations. You have experience of process development and are skilled in sharing your knowledge around processes. As a person you are structured, good in communicating, pragmatic and solution oriented.

Your qualifications as System Manager
• University degree in Information Technology or/ and economics or similar in IT. 4 - 7 years relevant work experience in IT system management, general system and ITIL knowledge.
• Experiences in Project management, Requirement engineering and Business analysis.
• Experience in Agile methodology and agile software development framework
• Experience with IT development, development tools and database management tools.
• Familiar with Microsoft technology as Azure hosting solutions, Power BI and web languages
• Excellent verbal & written communication skills, presentation skills and organization skills.
• Experience in Microsoft Office other office tools.
• Fluent in Swedish and English.
