We offer you You will be part of Kappahl store team that is responsible for the development and maintenance of the systems and applications we have for our store business. The team is cross-functional, you have daily cooperation with the business/stakeholders, other IT/business teams and close collaboration with our IT partners.
As a System Analyst you will be part of developing the systems and applications to secure stability and an efficient environment, for our colleagues working in the Kappahl stores. We also have a big focus on the digitalization journey for our consumers and we constantly work with developing the end customer offers. As a system analyst at Kappahl you will participate in ongoing projects and initiative, this requires the ability to work in different teams and excellent communications skills.
One of your main responsibilities will be to work with the maintenance processes, incident - problem management and daily operational task such as trouble shooting, problem and issue solving. Managing test and quality assurance of the development of the platforms, integrated applications and systems. You have great understanding of the technical platform and the overall IT landscape.
Your profile We are looking for you who have worked with IT development and maintenance, with experience of test/quality assurance, troubleshooting and incident- problem management. Experience from the retail industry, agile framework and experience in Microsoft Dynamics D365 Finance and Operations modules and Point of Sale is a merit.
You enjoy having many contact areas, where you are stimulated by working at a high pace with business-critical systems solutions.
As a person we believe that you have a strong analytic mindset, you are structured and driven. You are a team player, collaboration and communication between teams is a big part of success.
An academic degree and at least 3 years of experience from working with IT solutions.
The ability to transform business and technical needs into requirements and the ability to communicate these with an IT partner.
Good understanding of system integrations and agile system development methodology.
Experience from test and quality assurance work and the ability and ambition to always develop way of working to secure quality and efficiency within the processes.

Of course, you master Swedish and English fluently in speech and writing.
