Our client, Dell, is looking for a Swedish sales professional to join their expanding team! The position is located at Dell's Nordic office in Ørestad, Copenhagen.
This opportunity is an internal sales position targeting the Swedish market. You will be acquiring and developing new and existing Dell customers.
JOB DESCRIPTION
• Understand the customer's needs, product requirements, budget constraints, competition & decision makers.
• Interact with various departments: solutions, service and software sales support, business intelligence team and marketing.
• Advise potential customers on the features & advantages of the Dell Model and its products, technologies and service offerings
• Qualify customer information on CRM and sales tools to ensure future follow up.
• Efficiently convert telephone calls into quotes reflecting the customer's needs.
• Follow up quotes via proactive out-calling to maximize chances of closing the sale in favor of Dell
• Achieve quarterly financial sales targets, metrics and objectives.
• When appropriate, pass on customer to the development selling team, delivering a proper update on opportunities and risk for further action.
• Drive and Follow-up marketing initiatives to open/develop new customers.
• Apply correct discount level to customer and properly handle/manage customer care issues.

QUALIFICATIONS
• Account Management and/or acquisition experience, from the IT industry
• Fluent in Swedish (mother tongue)
• Strong sales skills, minimum 3 years
• Analytical thinking and strong business acumen
• Strong drive for results, while keeping focused on delivering great customer experience
• Dynamic, stress resistant, strong winner mentality
• Be able to set clear priorities/deadlines
• Well experienced skills in negotiation and conclusion of deals
• Strong IT knowledge: PC, Notebook, Server & Storage.
• Understand IT market players
