We have an exciting opportunity for someone to join our new Biologics Protein Therapeutics Filling and Packaging facility based at the AZ Södertälje/Gärtuna Site in Sweden.

The role
The Site Planer role is accountable for developing, managing and communicating the Sweden Bio integrated schedule, which includes Manufacturing, QC testing, QA release (materials & bulk), Engineering , and Validation to meet customer demand.
They are also responsible for Identifying, modelling and communicating the impact of all constraints, bottlenecks and issues to management on the successful execution of the production plan.

Accountabilities/Responsibilities
Developing and establishing the business processes consistent with a start-up activity and alignment to the Network
Ownership and maintenance of the integrated schedule
Escalate issues, conflicts constraints to management/senior management in a timely fashion including a summary of the impact of issues. Perform "what if" scenarios to facilitate management decision-making.
Lead and participate in relevant projects e.g. SAP system upgrades
The job holder will be required to work with Sweden Bio Leadership team and the AZ Bio Network to identify impact of changes in the Site Master Production Schedule on the site supply plan.

Minimum experience
Significant planning experience in pharmaceutical, biological or related industries is required
Superior SAP training and knowledge in relation to planning is essential
Experience in a GMP environment within the pharmaceutical/Biotechnology industry is advantageous
Outstanding organisational, planning and time management skills.
Capable of managing several activities simultaneously.
Capable of influencing at all levels in the organisation and obtaining support from other areas as and when required
Preferred experience/requirements
Ensure effective use and management of e-systems for area of responsibility (e.g. SAP, LMS etc).
