We are ISO certified on environment, we purchase green electricity, we follow up with our suppliers and partners that they take responsibility for services provided to us, and more.

What you'll do
As a Sustainability Manager you will be a key team player in the Responsible Business team. You will work with our Climate Plan agenda and roadmap what will help us reach our 2030 targets, Circular and Carbon Neutral Business. You will also advice the company on sustainability topics and queries, including sustainability questions from our Business Customers as well as train your colleagues on sustainability topics.

The role includes:
* Drive the Climate Agenda and our Climate Roadmap supporting our 2030 targets
* Identify local legislation changes that will impact the way we do business in the future
* Represent Telenor Sweden in Telenor Group sustainability networks, working groups etc.
* Prepare internal and external sustainability reporting
* Understand the global and national trends in sustainability, bringing ideas and opportunities and translating them into actionable plans
* Contribute to the Responsible Business team common work and project

You will be part of the Responsible Business team, that consists of experts within Compliance, Privacy, Sustainability & Quality. Other colleagues in the team are responsible for social sustainability and human rights. The team advise the company on subject issues and lead projects within their specific area. You will report to the Head of Responsible Business & Compliance.

Who are you
To succeed in this role, you must demonstrate the ability to work independently and in a highly collaborative manner. You have a positive, "can do" attitude and perform your work with pride. You have previous knowledge in responsible business and have the ability to work with details as well as seeing the bigger picture. You are solution oriented, efficient, structured, dedicated and not afraid to take ownership of tasks and responsibilities.

We also see that you have:
* A degree at Bachelor level (or higher) on environment, sustainability or equal and relevant work experience (+4 years).

* Knowledge on environmental & climate legislation & reporting, as well as experience from working with upholding ISO certifications, is beneficial
* Proven track record in coordinating and driving projects to completion
* Great interpersonal, written and verbal communication skills in Swedish and English
