As a Nordic Sustainability Manager at Tech Data you will have a key role for implementing sustainable work methods, while keeping great results and client relations!
Location: Sweden, -traveling is required, since you will have responsibility for the Nordic region.

Position description
• You will plan and execute the sustainability agenda for the Nordic region and take the lead on projects within "Environmental Social and Governance" (ESG) and Sustainability area
• You will lead ISO certifications for Nordic offices and warehouses
• You will handle requests from customers and authorities
• Drive implementation of a Climate Parliament for the Nordic Region in close cooperation with the Legal, Logistic and Operational Manger for the Nordic countries.
• Ensure that the Nordic region follows guidelines according to ISO 9001 & 14001 and other ESG-policies
• Environmental tracking and reporting
• You will report to the Business Operations Director Nordics
Position Qualification
We expect you to have a minimum of 3-4 years of relevant experience in the area of elevating environmental and sustainability methods. You have experience in driving projects, teams and changes and it is crucial that you have deep knowledge in implementing ISO-standards. You hold a relevant university degree, have excellent communication skills in Swedish and English, both verbally and in writing. Other Nordic language is meritorious. Other qualifications that are strongly meritorious is a good knowledge in Excel and experience from CRM, preferably SAP.
